Yes. It checks the slots you make available, confirms the model and sends reminders. If a buyer wants a model that is not in stock, a salesperson takes over.

Most DMS and CRM platforms can be connected through their API, or through Make, Zapier or n8n. We confirm what is possible for your system during the audit.
Can our workshop send repair updates automatically?
Yes. Status changes in your workshop system can trigger WhatsApp updates, approval requests for extra work and pickup reminders, with advisors still able to step in.
What happens when a customer asks about finance or a complaint?
The agent never gives finance advice. Finance, complaints and sensitive questions go to a named person with the full conversation attached, and customers can ask for a human at any time.
How do you handle customer data and privacy?
Data is handled in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, access is limited by role and every conversation is logged. Records stay inside your own accounts where possible.
