Can the assistant connect to our dental practice software?
Where your software allows it, yes. We connect booking, patient records and CRM through the vendor’s API, Make, Zapier, n8n or a custom integration, and use the WhatsApp Business API for messaging.
How do you keep answers within DHA and DoH rules?
The assistant only uses answers your practice approves, drafted around DHA, DoH and MOHAP guidelines. It gives no clinical advice and refers anything about symptoms or suitability to a dentist.
What happens when a patient wants to speak to someone?
They are handed to a coordinator on WhatsApp or by phone, with the conversation so far attached. Patients can switch between Arabic and English at any point.
How is dental patient data stored and secured?
Conversations are logged and access is limited to named staff. Data is handled in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and kept in your practice’s own accounts wherever the platforms allow.
How much does a dental AI assistant cost to run?
That depends on which workflows, channels and integrations you need, and we recommend a scope after the free audit. WhatsApp Business API and AI model usage fees are billed by those providers directly.
Are we tied into a long contract, and when does it go live?
No long lock-in is required. The rollout plan is agreed at the outset based on scope, starting with one or two workflows tested on real patient messages before anything expands. You keep every account and workflow.
