Where does occupier data live, and who owns the setup?
Data is handled in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, with access controls and full conversation logs, and kept in your own accounts where possible. You own the accounts, workflows and data we build.
What does leasing automation cost, and how long is rollout?
Cost depends on the workflows, channels and integrations involved, so we recommend a scope once the free automation audit is done. WhatsApp Business API and AI model usage fees are billed by those providers, and the rollout plan is set at kickoff based on scope.
Do you support commercial portfolios outside Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and on what terms?
