We gather your plans, CAD files, finishes and reference images, then agree the story, key views and where the animation will be shown.

Modelling to scale
Accurate models of your building, interior or product are built to scale, with clay renders shared so you can check proportions early.
Weeks 2–3

Materials & lighting
Realistic textures, finishes and lighting are applied and presented as still frames, so you approve the look before any animation is rendered.
Week 4

Camera path & preview
A low-resolution preview shows every camera move and timing, allowing adjustments to the story and pacing while changes are still quick.
Week 5
v.
Rendering & post-production
Final high-resolution rendering, colour grading, music, titles and bilingual text, delivered as video plus high-resolution stills for brochures and listings.

Questions about 3D animation.
How much does 3D animation cost?
3D animation is quoted after a short briefing call, as the price depends on the size and detail of the model, the length of the animation and the number of stills required. You receive a fixed quote once we have reviewed your files.
What files do you need to create a 3D animation?
Architectural plans, elevations, CAD or BIM files for buildings, or product drawings and 3D files for products, plus finish schedules and reference images. We can also work from sketches when designs are at an early stage.
Can you create 3D animation for real estate developments?
Yes. We produce exterior and interior walkthroughs, amenity sequences and location context films for off-plan launches, sales centres and marketing campaigns.
Can you animate products and technical processes?
Yes. We create product reveals, exploded views and animations that show how equipment, devices or systems work inside, which is often impossible to film.
How realistic will the 3D animation look?
We aim for photoreal results with accurate materials, lighting and landscaping. The final quality depends partly on the detail of the plans and finishes provided, which we review at the start.
Can we make changes during the project?
Yes. Changes are simplest during modelling and at the still frame and preview stages. Changes after final rendering take longer, which is why we ask for approval at each step.
Do you also provide still renders?
Yes. Because we build a full 3D scene, we can produce high-resolution still images from the same model for brochures, hoardings, listings and your website.
Can the animation include Arabic text and voiceover?
Yes. We add titles, captions and voiceover in English and Arabic, and deliver separate language versions from the same rendered footage.
