The problem
Why most school admissions videos look the same.
01
Drone shots, no classrooms
Sweeping aerials of buildings and pools say little about teaching, so parents weighing several schools cannot tell what a normal day would feel like for their child.
02
Last year’s faces everywhere
Prospectus photos reused for years show graduated students and departed teachers, which makes the admissions page feel dated just when families are deciding.
03
Event footage that never gets used
Sports days, concerts and graduations are filmed by staff and then forgotten, leaving the admissions team with nothing fresh for open day ads or social.
Our solution
The Admissions Film System: one crew, whole school year.
Every stage is built to hand over to the next, so filming and photography turn into admissions content that moves parents toward a campus tour.

FAQ
School leaders and admissions often ask us.
How long does a school admissions film take from brief to final cut?
The production schedule is agreed with you at the start, based on scope, filming days and approvals. We work around term dates, exams and inspection periods.
How do you handle students who do not have photo consent?
We work from your consent list and keep those students out of frame or out of focus. Anything uncertain is left out of the final edit.
Can you use a drone to film our school campus?
Yes, where it is permitted. Drone filming in the UAE needs permits and an approved operator, and we arrange this before the shoot day.
How will one school shoot serve our website, social media and ads?
School video production is planned as a set: a full admissions film, short vertical clips for Reels and Stories, open day ad versions and a photo library for the prospectus.
What does a school filming project usually cost?
The figure depends on filming days, crew, campuses and the admissions deliverables you choose. We prepare it after the free School Visual Content Audit.
Can we book one admissions film rather than a yearly retainer?
Yes. Single projects are welcome, and schools that want year-round event coverage can add it later. Scope is always confirmed in writing first.
Do you film schools with several campuses across the UAE?
Yes. We shoot at campuses throughout the UAE and can travel to sister schools in the GCC, keeping one visual style across the group.
Does the school own all the finished footage?
Yes, for the uses agreed in the project. Music and stock licenses stay separate, and we list their terms before handover.
