The problem
Why most university recruitment videos blur into one.
01
The same campus drone shot
Aerial sweeps and library shelves appear in almost every recruitment film, so prospective students finish watching with no idea what makes your programs different.
02
Programs without a face
Program pages rely on text and stock photos, when a short film with a professor or graduate would answer the questions that stop a student from applying.
03
Graduation footage left unused
Ceremonies, open days and research events are filmed once and archived, leaving admissions short of fresh material for each intake campaign.

Each part is designed to feed the next, so faculty and student films carry prospective students from first view to open day registration and application.

FAQ
Admissions and marketing heads regularly ask.
How is the production schedule set for a university campaign?
We agree it at the start, based on scope, the number of programs and approval rounds. Filming is planned around teaching weeks, exams and campus events.
How do you handle student and faculty consent on campus?
Everyone featured signs a release, and crowds are filmed without singling out people who have not agreed. Labs and research spaces are filmed only with approval.
Can you film our campus with a drone?
Yes, where permitted. Drone filming in the UAE needs permits and an approved operator, which we arrange ahead of the shoot.
How will one shoot serve program pages, social media and recruitment ads?
University video production is planned in sets: a full program film, vertical cuts for Reels and TikTok, ad versions for each intake and a photo library for brochures.
How is the cost of a college video project calculated?
Programs, campuses, shoot days and crew all shape it, along with the final deliverables. We quote after the free University Visual Content Audit.
Can we commission a single program film first?
Yes. Many institutions pilot one program or faculty film, with scope agreed in writing, and add more intakes later.
Do you also film at branch campuses in other emirates?
Yes. Our crews film on campuses throughout the UAE and travel to branch campuses in the GCC, keeping one visual style throughout.
Does the university own the footage and photos?
Yes, for the agreed uses. Stock, fonts and licensed music keep separate terms, and your team receives a list of them.
