The problem
Why most energy company films fail the procurement test.
01
Stock rigs and borrowed panels
Library footage of anonymous rigs, pylons or solar fields tells a procurement team nothing about your own assets, people or methods, so capability is taken on faith or not at all.
02
Safety claimed, never shown
Every bid promises strong HSE culture, but without footage of permits, toolbox talks and correct PPE, evaluators have no evidence to score it.
03
Corporate film, one audience
A single long film tries to speak to investors, recruits and clients at once, and ends up too slow for LinkedIn and too vague for a tender.
Our solution
The Capability Proof System: safe from scout to screen.
Each part feeds the next, so one planned site production supplies RFQ responses, partner presentations and stakeholder updates with footage evaluators can trust.

Delivery & review
Video & photography for energy companies
Field crew, web and campaigns held to one standard.
Your site films, photography, website and LinkedIn are planned by one team, so a procurement lead or partner who watches your capability film reaches pages that support the RFQ.

FAQ
Energy executives commonly ask us.
When do energy capability films start supporting our bids?
They support bids as soon as they are available for RFQs and presentations. We agree measures upfront, such as shortlists and partner inquiries, rather than promising results.
How do your crews meet our site HSE requirements?
Every crew member completes your induction and follows permit-to-work and escort rules. Equipment is agreed with your HSE team for each area before arrival.
Can you film restricted assets and control rooms?
Only with approval from your security team. We review footage with you before release and blur or remove anything sensitive.
How is one site shoot used for LinkedIn, the website and tenders?
Energy video production is planned for reuse: capability films for tenders, LinkedIn cuts, website pages, event screens and imagery for sustainability and annual reports.
Do we need a retainer or can we book one project?
Most energy productions are single projects with a set scope. Ongoing coverage can be added for construction milestones or plant commissioning.
Do you film at remote plants and offshore facilities?
We film at sites across the UAE, including remote plants, and can plan productions in the wider GCC, subject to access and safety arrangements.
What does an energy site production cost?
Cost reflects shoot days, crew, access requirements, locations, animation and deliverables. We send a clear quote after the free visual content audit.
Who owns the energy footage and photos?
Your company owns the final footage and photos for the uses agreed. Licensed music and stock have separate terms, which we document.
