The problem
Why most gallery images undersell the artwork.
01
Colors that lie on screen
Paintings shot under gallery spotlights come out warm, glossy or skewed, so a collector judging a work online sees the wrong palette and hesitates to inquire about it.
02
Openings nobody remembers
Private views are captured on phones in dim light, leaving nothing polished to show absent collectors or to extend the life of an exhibition after the opening night.
03
Artists who never speak
Without a short interview in the studio or the gallery, buyers miss the story behind the work, which is often what turns interest into a serious inquiry.
Our solution
The Exhibition in Frame System: from hanging to handover.
Each stage feeds the next, so documentation, film and edit give collectors everything they need to request a private viewing or ask about a work.

FAQ
Gallery directors ask us before a show.
How far ahead should we book filming for an exhibition?
As early as possible. Once the scope is clear we set the production schedule together, and we plan documentation around hanging and opening night.
Do we need the artist's permission to film and photograph their work?
Yes, reproducing artworks usually depends on the artist’s rights, so we confirm permission with you before the shoot. Guests at openings are photographed with consent.
Can you photograph glazed or reflective works without glare?
Yes, using polarized lighting, angled setups and color references, so glass, metal and glossy surfaces look true to the original.
How will the images and films be used across our website, social and ads?
Art gallery photography and film is planned for your online viewing room, Instagram and newsletters, plus short ad cuts that bring collectors to private viewings.
What does gallery photography and filming cost?
The number of works, filming days, crew and venues decide it. A quote follows the free Gallery Visual Content Audit.
Can we book coverage for one exhibition only?
Yes. Single shows are welcome, with deliverables agreed in writing. Many galleries later plan a season together.
Do you shoot at art fairs and artist studios too?
Yes, anywhere in the UAE and the wider GCC, subject to venue permissions and the artist’s agreement.
Who owns the photographs of the artworks?
The gallery owns our final images for the agreed uses, while the artist keeps the rights in the artwork itself. Licensed music has its own terms.
