Catering video & photography · Dubai & Abu Dhabi
Catering video that wins more event quote requests.
We film event service, buffet and canapé setups, kitchen craft and chef introductions, and photograph your menus, then edit for proposals, web, social and ads, so catering video production earns quote requests, from the team behind digital work for ADNOC and Royal Jet.
✓ Venue & host permission secured before every event shoot
✓ Bilingual English & Arabic films for corporate clients
✓ Films that lead planners to request a quote

The problem
Why most catering portfolios fail to win the event.
01
Buffet photos after the rush
Pictures taken once guests have eaten show half-empty trays and wilted garnish, so an event planner comparing caterers sees your worst moment instead of your best setup.
02
Proposals full of stock plates
Decks built from stock food images tell corporate buyers nothing about your kitchen, staff or service style, so they compare on price per head and little else.
03
Great events nobody filmed
Your best weddings and launches pass without any usable footage, leaving the website and ads with the same few photos while competitors show fresh events every month.
Our solution
The Event Proof Film System: served course by course.
Each step supports the next, so planned kitchen shoots and filmed events give your proposals, website, social and ads the proof that wins quote requests.

FAQ
Catering companies want answered first.
Can you film at our catering events without getting in the way?
Yes. We agree the shot list with you and the venue, photograph setups before guests arrive and use a small crew during service. Filming stops wherever the host prefers privacy.
How do you handle permission from hosts, venues and guests?
We confirm in writing that the host and venue allow filming, and guests who appear prominently sign releases. Anyone who declines is kept out of the edit, and private family areas are never filmed.
How will the content work in proposals, on our website and in ads?
One shoot supplies proposal images, a website showreel, menu photography, vertical Reels, LinkedIn cuts and ad variations. We plan catering video production so each asset helps a planner request a quote.
What does a catering photo and video shoot cost?
Pricing depends on how many events or shoot days, the crew, the venues and the edits you need. We quote once the free visual content audit is done.
How soon after an event do we receive the edit?
We agree the production schedule before the event, based on the scope and formats, so you know when each deliverable will be ready.
Who owns footage filmed at our catered events?
You own the final films and photos for the uses agreed in writing, within any limits set by the host. Licensed music and stock keep their own terms.
Can we book shoots event by event?
Yes. There is no long lock-in. Some caterers book single events, others prefer a regular plan through the busy wedding and corporate seasons.
Do you film catering jobs outside Dubai and Abu Dhabi?
Yes. Our crews cover events across the UAE and can plan shoots in the wider GCC, with travel and venue permissions built in.
