Before a first shoot, meditation teachers usually ask.
How is a meditation studio shoot scheduled?
We agree the production schedule at the start, based on how many films, classes and locations are involved. Filming is then planned around your timetable, often before opening or between sessions.
Do students need to agree before appearing on camera?
Yes. Everyone who can be identified signs a release form, and anyone who prefers not to be filmed is seated out of frame. Children only appear with written parent consent.
Can our meditation videos mention stress and sleep?
They can describe what a class involves and how it feels, while captions and voiceovers stay clear of medical or cure claims. Your teachers approve every script before we film.
How will the footage be used on our website, social and ads?
One shoot is cut into a website hero film, vertical Reels and Stories, ad versions and a photo library. Each piece points to your booking page, so its effect on trial classes can be followed.
Is this a one-off shoot or an ongoing contract?
Either works. You can start with a single shoot and add seasonal sessions later for new classes, retreats or teachers, without being locked into a long agreement.
Can you film our meditation retreats outside Dubai and Abu Dhabi?
Yes. We film across the UAE and can travel within the GCC. Desert or beach locations may need filming permission, and drone shots require UAE permits and an approved operator, which we plan for.
What does meditation video production cost?
It depends on shoot days, crew size, locations and the number of finished films and photos. After the free visual content audit, we send a clear quote for the meditation video production you need.
Who owns the films and photos after the shoot?
Your studio owns the final footage and photos for the uses we agree in writing. Licensed music and any stock clips follow their own license terms, which we list for you.
