The problem
Why most MEP project visuals fail to prove capability.
01
Finished ceilings hide the work
By handover, the ductwork, cable trays and pipework are boxed in. Without progress footage, a consultant reviewing your profile sees a lobby, not the engineering behind it.
02
Site photos from a supervisor’s phone
Dim plant room snaps and cluttered corridors make careful installation look rushed, and tender reviewers comparing contractors reward the bidder whose project record looks controlled.
03
No time-lapse, no story
A two-year tower package ends with a few photos, so the scale of what your teams installed and commissioned never reaches developers planning their next project.
Our solution
The Project Record Film System: from first fix to handover.
Every stage builds on the last, so scheduled site visits turn into prequalification visuals, case films and short edits that bring you invitations to tender.

Tender-ready delivery
Cuts for profiles, LinkedIn and your website, tracked to tender invitations.
Tender support
Video & photography for MEP contractors
Site crew, editors and web answering to one lead.
Those who film your projects also shape the company profile, project pages and LinkedIn posts where the footage appears, so a consultant watching a commissioning film finds references and a clear contact.
Selected work
Visual content that wins clients.
Site filming standards
Filming that follows site rules and client approvals.
Construction sites run on HSE rules, main contractor permissions and developer confidentiality. We agree access, PPE, restricted zones and which projects can be named before our crew films a single riser.

FAQ
Questions MEP directors raise on day one.
Can your crew work on an active site alongside our installers?
Yes, once the main contractor approves access. Our crew completes the site induction, wears full PPE and works around lifting, testing and permit-to-work activity.
Do we need the developer's permission to show an MEP project?
In most cases, yes. We help you request approval to name or show the project, and where it is not given we focus on systems, people and process without identifying the building.
How does MEP video production help us win tenders?
Good MEP video production gives reviewers proof they can see: installation quality, commissioning and scale. We cut it for prequalification packs, company profiles, LinkedIn and your website, then look at which pieces lead to tender invitations.
Can you capture time-lapse over a long MEP package?
Yes. We install fixed time-lapse cameras where the site allows it and combine them with scheduled visits at key milestones such as first fix, testing and handover.
What does site filming and project photography cost?
Cost is driven by the number of sites and shoot days, crew size, time-lapse cameras, aerial work and the finished pieces you want. After the free visual content audit we send a quote matched to your projects.
When will our site films be ready?
Timing follows the construction program and approvals. The production schedule is agreed with you at the outset, based on the milestones you want filmed.
Do you film MEP projects outside Dubai and Abu Dhabi?
Yes. Our crews travel to sites across the UAE and support contractors working elsewhere in the GCC, with reviews handled online.
Who owns the footage, and do we sign a long contract?
Your company keeps the final films and photos for the agreed uses, subject to any developer restrictions. Licensed tracks and stock carry their own terms, and contracts run per project or per program of visits.
