The problem
Why most commercial property footage never gets tenant reps calling.
01
Phone shots of empty floors
Vacant offices are photographed at noon on a phone, with flat light, bare ceilings and no sense of scale, so occupiers scroll past space that would suit them.
02
One brochure film, no cutdowns
A single long building film sits on the website while LinkedIn, portals and paid campaigns run without vertical edits, so the footage you paid for works in one place only.
03
Aerials without the paperwork
Drone shots flown without the right UAE permits or an approved operator put the whole film at risk, and a leasing launch waits while the footage is reshot properly.
Our solution
The Leasing Film System: concept to cutdown, one crew.
Each stage is planned with the next in mind, so one shoot day gives you building films, stills and short edits that bring tenant reps to site tours.
i.
Script & shot list
Leasing story, location scout and shot list built around occupier questions.
Pre-production
ii.
Permits & access
Drone permits, building management access and tenant consent arranged before filming.
Planning
iii.
The shoot
Cinema cameras, gimbals and lighting for lobbies, floor plates and loading bays.
Filming & stills
iv.
Edit & bilingual post
Color grading, motion graphics, Arabic voiceover and English subtitles.
Post-production
v.
Every format, tracked
Website hero film, portal photos, LinkedIn cutdowns and ad versions, measured in tours.
Delivery & reporting
Video & photography for commercial landlords
Scripts, crews and edits under one senior producer.
Concept, filming, post-production and the pages your footage lands on are planned together, which means a tenant rep watching your building film lands on floor plans and a tour form next.
Selected work
Visual content that wins clients.
Property advertising standards
Footage that shows each building exactly as it is.
Commercial property marketing in the UAE is regulated, so we script films and caption stills against the guidance RERA, DLD and ADREC publish for property marketing, and drone work runs only with the right permits and an approved operator.

FAQ
Commercial landlords usually ask us.
How long does a commercial building shoot take to plan and deliver?
That varies with how many buildings, shoot days, drone work and edits are involved. You receive a written production schedule, agreed with you before any crew is booked, so everyone works to the same plan.
Will our building films respect RERA and ADREC advertising guidance?
We script voiceovers and captions with Dubai and Abu Dhabi property advertising guidance from RERA, DLD and ADREC as the reference, and you approve every area, rent and availability detail before release. Each edit leaves room for any permit details your listings carry.
Can you film occupied office floors while tenants are working?
Yes. We schedule around building operations, agree access with facilities management, and ask any tenant or staff member who appears on camera to sign a release form. Anyone who prefers not to appear is kept out of frame.
Where will the building footage actually be used?
One shoot is cut for your building pages, portal listings, LinkedIn and Instagram, paid campaigns and leasing presentations. We then track how each version performs where it runs, measured in tour requests rather than views alone.
What does a commercial property film and photo shoot cost?
Commercial real estate video production is priced on shoot days, crew size, locations, drone work and deliverables, so there is no single figure. After the free visual content audit, we send a quote built around your buildings.
Do we own the films and photos you produce?
Yes. You own the final footage and photos for the uses agreed in the contract. Licensed music and stock clips carry their own terms, which we explain in writing before delivery.
Can your crew film our commercial buildings in other emirates?
We film across the UAE and can travel for portfolios in the wider GCC. Location permissions differ from site to site, so access is confirmed for each building before the shoot.
Are landlords tied into a long production contract?
No. Most start with a single building or project, with scope and deliverables fixed in writing. Ongoing work, such as fit-out progress films or photo refreshes, is added only if it suits your leasing plan.
