The problem
Why most agent listing videos never turn into viewings.
01
Wide-angle rooms, no story
Photos stretched by a phone lens and shaky handheld walkthroughs make a good apartment look cramped, so buyers book viewings with the agent whose listing looks honest and bright.
02
Agents who never appear
Sellers choose the agent they feel they know. Without short to-camera videos on community knowledge and pricing, your brokers look interchangeable and instructions go to whoever is more visible.
03
Footage that breaks the rules
Listing videos posted without accurate details, or drone clips flown without UAE permits, can pull a property offline and put an agent’s standing with the regulator at risk.
Our solution
The Viewing Request Film System: shot once, used everywhere.
Every step feeds the next, so a single shoot at a listing becomes portal photos, a walkthrough film and agent reels that keep viewing requests coming in.

Video & photography for real estate agents
Crew, edit suite and listing pages run as one team.
We plan the shoot, the edit and the listing page it sits on as one piece of work, so a buyer who likes a walkthrough can request a viewing without hunting for a number.

Listing advertising rules
Property videos that stay accurate and stay online.
Property listings in Dubai and Abu Dhabi are regulated. Scripts, captions and on-screen details are checked against RERA, DLD and ADREC guidance, and your broker approves prices, sizes and permit references before anything is published.

Why brokerages shoot with Bdazzil
Four reasons agents book their listing shoots with us.
Property is one of our core areas. We know a listing film is judged by the viewings it books, not by how cinematic it looks.
Video & photography by industry
Visual content for every industry.
We know the people, places and stories that matter in each sector, so every shoot shows your business at its best. Choose your industry to see how we film and photograph for it.

FAQ
Brokers and agents tend to ask.
How quickly can you shoot a new listing?
That depends on how many properties, locations and edits are in scope. The production schedule is set together at the start, and listings with urgent launch dates are planned in first.
Do your listing videos follow RERA and DLD advertising guidance?
We write scripts and captions with the published RERA, DLD and ADREC guidance as the reference, and your broker signs off prices, sizes and permit references. Nothing goes live until you have approved it.
What happens if the owner or tenant is at home during the shoot?
We agree timing with the owner or tenant in advance and keep family photos, documents and personal items out of shot. Anyone who appears on camera signs a release form first.
How is one listing shoot used across portals, social and ads?
A single visit produces portal photos, a horizontal walkthrough, vertical Reels and TikTok edits, WhatsApp clips and ad variations. We then report how each one performs, counted in viewing requests rather than likes.
What does real estate agent video production cost?
Real estate agent video production is quoted on shoot days, number of listings, crew, locations and the deliverables you need. A clear quote follows the free visual content audit.
Who owns the photos and videos of our listings?
The brokerage owns the final photos and films for the uses set out in the agreement. Licensed music and any stock footage keep their own license terms, which we list for you.
Can you cover listings across several communities and emirates?
Yes. Our crews film across the UAE, and we can support projects in the wider GCC when a brokerage markets there. Some buildings need management permission to film, which we request early.
Do agents have to sign a long-term production contract?
No. Many brokerages begin with a handful of listings, then move to a monthly shoot plan if it works for them. Scope, deliverables and notice terms are written down before we start.
