The problem
Why most athlete footage never reaches a sponsor.
01
Phone clips, no story
Training clips shot on a phone show effort but not character, so brand managers scrolling your profile see another athlete rather than a partner worth backing.
02
Match photos you cannot use
Event and federation photographers hold the rights to most competition images, so you post shots you do not own and have nothing clean for a media kit.
03
One shoot, one post
A paid shoot produces a single highlight reel with no vertical cuts, stills or Arabic version, so the whole day is spread across almost nothing.

FAQ
Athletes and managers usually ask us.
How soon can an athlete shoot be ready to post?
It depends on the number of shoot days, locations and edits you need. We set a production schedule with you before filming, based on scope, and share first cuts for review before anything goes live.
How do you handle sponsor, club and federation rules on camera?
We ask for your sponsor and club obligations before scripting, keep conflicting logos and kit out of shot and collect signed releases from anyone filmed. For drone shots or public venues, we arrange the required permits through approved operators.
Where will an athlete's content actually be used?
Each shoot is cut for your website, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, sponsor decks and paid ads, in vertical and landscape formats. We then track which pieces lead to sponsor calls or camp bookings, which is how athlete video production earns its place.
Can we book a single shoot rather than a retainer?
Yes. Many athletes start with one shoot around a season launch or a new sponsor, and some move to a regular content plan later. Scope and terms are confirmed in writing before any filming.
Can you film at competitions or training camps outside Dubai?
We shoot across the UAE and can travel to events elsewhere in the GCC. Filming inside stadiums or federation venues depends on organizer permission, which we help you request early.
What does an athlete shoot cost?
Cost depends on shoot days, crew size, locations and the deliverables you need. After the free visual content audit, we send a clear quote for the scope we recommend.
Who owns the footage and photos after an athlete shoot?
You own the final films and photos for the uses we agree, including sponsor and personal channels. Licensed music and any stock footage keep their own terms, which we explain before the edit.
Can you make a media kit reel for sponsor pitches?
Yes. We cut a short sponsor reel covering your story, audience and values, plus portrait and action stills your manager can drop into a pitch deck. It sits alongside your season content, so pitches always use recent material.
