How soon can my coaching videos be published?
That depends on the number of sessions, locations and edits. The production schedule is set together in our first planning call, based on scope, and draft cuts come to you for review.
Do I need permission to film the athletes I coach?
Yes. We collect signed consent from adult athletes and from parents for anyone under 18, and anyone without consent stays out of frame. Filming at schools or public venues also needs the venue’s approval, which we help arrange.
How does a coaching shoot get used across website, social and ads?
We cut technique explainers for YouTube and your website, vertical clips for Reels and TikTok, ad versions for Meta and Google, and headshots for proposals. Sports coaching video production pays off when each cut leads to the assessment booking.
Do coaches have to sign a long agreement?
