Air cargo video & photography · Dubai & Abu Dhabi
Air cargo films that show forwarders how you handle freight.
We plan, film and edit air cargo video production and photography that puts your apron crews, cold rooms and ULD build-up in front of forwarders, so rate requests follow. Built by the team behind digital work for ADNOC and Royal Jet.
✓ Airside shoots planned with escorts & safety induction
✓ Arabic & English subtitles on every cargo film
✓ Cutdowns ready for LinkedIn, sales decks & ads

The problem
Why most air cargo footage never earns a rate request.
01
Stock planes, not your freighters
Generic aircraft clips could belong to any carrier, so forwarders see nothing of your ULD build-up, cold rooms or handling crews and compare you on rate alone.
02
Apron shoots stopped at the gate
Crews arrive without airside passes, escorts or a safety briefing, so the shoot day is lost and your station team absorbs the knock-on delays around live flights.
03
One long film, no cutdowns
A single corporate video sits on the homepage while sales managers, LinkedIn posts and paid campaigns have nothing short, vertical or subtitled in Arabic to work with.
Our solution
The Cargo Showreel System: planned from brief to delivery.
Each stage hands clean material to the next, so one well-planned shoot keeps giving forwarders the proof that turns into rate requests and booked capacity.

FAQ
Cargo sales directors usually ask us.
Can you film airside at our cargo terminal?
Yes, once your airport and airline approvals are in place. We work with your station team on passes, escorts and safety induction, and staff who appear on camera sign release forms first. Filming is scheduled around live flights so loading is never held up.
Can drones be used to film our freighters on the apron?
Drone flights near airports are tightly controlled in the UAE and need specific permits and approved operators. Where approval is not possible, we use ground and raised camera positions instead, and we never fly without the right permissions.
How is the cost of a cargo shoot worked out?
Air cargo video production costs depend on shoot days, crew size, the number of locations and the deliverables you need. After the free visual content audit we send a clear quote, so you can weigh the options before committing.
How will forwarders actually see the footage?
Each shoot is cut for where it will live: website hero films, LinkedIn and Reels cutdowns, ad variations, sales presentations and trade show screens. We then watch which pieces lead to rate requests, so future shoots focus on what works.
How soon can we have finished cargo films?
The production schedule is agreed at the start, based on airside approvals, shoot days and the number of edits. Results from the content depend on your lanes and market, so we set realistic goals together instead of promising dates.
Is there a minimum commitment for cargo productions?
No. Most operators begin with a single production, and an ongoing content plan is agreed only if the first shoot proves useful. Scope, deliverables and usage rights are written down before anyone films.
Do you shoot at stations outside Dubai and Abu Dhabi?
Yes. We film anywhere in the UAE and can travel to stations elsewhere in the GCC when your network needs it, with travel and access built into the quote.
Who owns the footage and photos after the shoot?
You do, for the uses agreed in writing, including website, social, ads and sales material. Licensed music and any stock clips carry their own terms, which we list clearly at handover.
