The problem
Why most delivery company videos never win a merchant.
01
A van driving past, nothing more
Montages of vans and scooters say nothing about sorting accuracy, cash on delivery handling or returns, so ecommerce managers still sign with the courier they already know.
02
Riders filmed on a phone
Shaky footage of a rider holding a phone at the wheel undermines the safety message and puts your brand next to the complaints merchants fear most.
03
Recipient details on show
Labels, doors and faces appear in the edit without consent, so a promotional clip becomes a privacy risk that has to be pulled from every channel.
Our solution
The Proof of Delivery Film System: shot once, used everywhere.
Every stage feeds the next, so footage of your hub and riders keeps reaching online sellers who are ready to open a merchant account.

FAQ
Delivery company founders ask us this.
Can you film our riders out on real delivery routes?
Yes, with the right road and location permissions and a plan built around rider safety. Riders sign release forms, and recipient faces, doors and labels are kept out of frame or blurred in the edit.
What makes courier company video production different from a normal corporate film?
Courier company video production has to prove speed, care and accuracy to merchants while respecting road rules and recipient privacy. We script around pickup, sorting and returns, and film without holding up dispatch.
How is the price of a delivery shoot calculated?
Pricing depends on shoot days, crew size, locations such as hubs and routes, and the list of deliverables. A written quote follows the free visual content audit, once we know what your merchants need to see.
Where will the finished courier footage be used?
On your website and merchant onboarding pages, in Reels, TikTok and Stories, in ad variations aimed at online sellers, and in sales decks. We look at which clips lead to merchant sign-ups, so each new shoot builds on what worked.
How long does a production take from brief to delivery?
We agree the production schedule at kickoff, based on locations, permissions and how many edits you need. How many accounts the content wins depends on your market, so realistic goals are set together rather than promised.
Are we tied into a retainer?
Not at all. Many clients start with one film and a photo set, then add seasonal shoots for peak periods if the first round earns its keep. Scope and usage rights are agreed in writing first.
Can you film at our hubs in other emirates?
Yes. Our crews travel across the UAE, and wider GCC shoots can be arranged when your delivery network reaches there, with travel included in the quote.
Do we own the videos and photos of our fleet?
Yes, for every use agreed in the contract, from website and social to ads and recruitment. Licensed music and stock footage follow their own license terms, which we explain before final delivery.
