The problem
Why most forwarding company footage looks like everyone else’s.
01
Container yards and nothing else
Stock shots of stacked boxes and ships at sea could sit on any rival’s page, so procurement teams never see how your people plan, book and clear a shipment.
02
Client cargo shown without permission
Branded pallets, manifests and consignee names slip into the frame, putting a customer relationship at risk and forcing expensive reshoots.
03
Processes nobody explains
Door-to-door, customs clearance and project cargo stay abstract with no visual walkthrough, so importers ask the same basic questions and slow every RFQ.
Our solution
The Forwarder Story Framework: from storyboard to screen.
Every stage is planned around the one after it, so each shoot keeps handing importers and exporters the clarity that turns into complete RFQs.
i.
Storyboard by mode
Air, sea, road and project cargo scripted as separate stories.
Creative planning
ii.
Site access & induction
Port, free zone and warehouse permissions arranged with your operations team.
Logistics
iii.
Operations shoot
Lifts, loading and desk interviews captured with steady, safe camera work.
Production
iv.
Motion & Arabic post
Route animations, subtitles and Arabic voiceover that make processes easy to follow.
Graphics & VO
v.
Sales-ready library
Website films, LinkedIn edits, tender visuals and photo sets for proposals.
Asset handover
Video & photography for freight forwarders
Three crafts moving together like one consignment.
Your identity, website, search and quote follow-up are planned by the people producing the films, so an importer who watches your walkthrough lands on an RFQ page that asks the right questions.
Selected work
Visual content that wins clients.
Port and client confidentiality
Cameras that respect customs, safety and clients.
Forwarders handle other companies’ goods in regulated spaces. We plan shoots around port and free zone permissions, site safety and client confidentiality, so the footage helps sales without exposing anyone’s shipment.

FAQ
Questions forwarding owners bring to us.
Can you film at the port or inside a free zone?
Yes, once the operator and your site team grant access. We plan inductions, PPE and escort requirements in advance, and anyone from your team who features on screen signs a release form before the first take.
How do you keep our clients' shipments confidential on camera?
We agree what can be shown during the shot list stage. Labels, manifests and customer branding stay off camera or get masked in the edit, and a client’s cargo only appears with that client’s written consent.
What does freight forwarding video production cost?
The cost of freight forwarding video production depends on shoot days, crew, locations such as ports and warehouses, and the deliverables you need. Once the free visual content audit is done, we send a quote you can compare line by line.
How will importers and exporters see the content?
Films sit on your website and service pages, cutdowns run on LinkedIn, Reels and Stories, ad versions target supply chain buyers, and stills feed tenders and presentations. We follow which pieces lead to quote requests and adjust the next shoot accordingly.
When will a finished forwarding film be ready?
A production schedule is fixed at the start, shaped by site permissions, shoot days and edit rounds. RFQ growth from the content depends on your lanes and competitors, so we set targets with you instead of making promises.
Do you require a long-term agreement?
No. A single film or photo day is a normal starting point, and further productions are planned only when you see value. Deliverables and usage rights are confirmed in writing before any filming.
Can you shoot at our branches across the GCC?
Our crews cover all seven emirates, and branch shoots elsewhere in the GCC are arranged whenever your network calls for it. Travel, access and local permissions are planned into the quote from the start.
Who holds the rights to the footage we pay for?
Your business does, for every use named in the contract, from service pages to paid campaigns and tenders. Music and stock clips are licensed separately under their own terms, documented at delivery.
