The problem
Why most storage facility visuals leave tenants guessing.
01
A drone shot of a roof
Aerial footage shows the building but never the clear height, dock levelers or chamber temperatures, so logistics managers still need a site visit just to rule you out.
02
Dim photos of empty aisles
Phone pictures under warehouse lighting make clean, modern space look tired, and prospective tenants move on to the facility with brighter photography.
03
Security shown too clearly
Camera positions, access points and client goods appear in promotional footage, worrying the very customers who chose you for secure storage.
Our solution
The Warehouse Walkthrough System: filmed once, leased faster.
Each step prepares the next, so a single well-planned production keeps showing tenants the space and standards that end in a booked site visit and a lease on the table.

Deliverables
Video & photography for warehouse operators
Camera, page and follow-up under one roof.
Your brand, website, search visibility and tenant follow-up are planned alongside the walkthrough, so a logistics manager who watches the tour reaches a page that captures the space inquiry.
Selected work
Visual content that wins clients.
Facility security standards
Showing your space without exposing your security.
Warehouses hold other businesses’ stock under strict safety rules. We plan every shoot around site induction, tenant confidentiality and security, so the footage sells space without revealing what should stay private.

FAQ
Warehouse directors tend to ask.
Can you film while our warehouse is operating?
Yes. We complete your site induction, wear the required PPE and time filming around inbound and outbound waves. Forklift aisles are only filmed from agreed safe positions.
How do you avoid showing our security and tenants' goods?
Before filming we agree a list of what must stay off camera, including access points, camera positions and identifiable stock. Anything that slips into frame is removed or masked during the edit.
What does warehouse video production cost?
Warehouse video production is priced on shoot days, crew, the number of facilities and the deliverables you need, such as a walkthrough, photo library and social cutdowns. Pricing options are set out for you after your free visual content audit.
Where will tenants see the storage facility content?
On your website and space listings, in LinkedIn and Reels cutdowns, in ad variations for logistics buyers, and in leasing presentations. Site visit requests are traced back to the clips that prompted them, which shapes the next production.
How quickly can our facility tour be delivered?
We agree a production schedule at the outset, based on site access, shoot days and revision rounds. Leasing results depend on your location and market, so we set honest targets together.
Do we need to commit to ongoing production?
No. Many operators start with one walkthrough and photo set, then refresh content when new space comes online. Everything we will deliver is set out in writing before filming.
Can you cover warehouses in several emirates?
Yes. We shoot facilities anywhere in the UAE and travel to regional GCC sites if your portfolio extends there, arranging access location by location.
Do we own the warehouse films and photos outright?
Yes, for every purpose written into the agreement, including listings, website, social and ads. Music and stock carry their own license terms, and we list those clearly at handover.
