The problem
Why most safari tour videos send guests to resellers.
01
Sunsets without your camp
Generic dune and sunset shots could be any operator’s, so guests compare prices on a reseller platform instead of choosing your camp, guides and evening program.
02
Thrills that look unsafe
Footage of unbelted passengers or reckless driving worries families and invites complaints, putting both your bookings and your reputation at risk.
03
Guests filmed without asking
Tourists and children appear in promotional reels without consent, so your strongest clips have to be pulled the moment someone objects.
Our solution
The Desert Camp Film System: from dunes to bookings.
Every stage is set up for the next, so a single safari shoot keeps sending guests and families toward direct bookings on your own site.

FAQ
Safari operators ask us first.
Can you use drones to film our desert safari?
Yes, where permitted. Drone filming in the UAE needs the right permits and approved operators, and some desert areas are restricted, so we check approvals before the shoot and use ground rigs where flying is not allowed.
How do you handle guests and children who appear in safari footage?
Guests sign release forms before they are filmed, and minors are filmed only when a parent agrees. Anyone who would rather not appear stays out of shot or is masked in the edit.
What does desert safari video production cost?
Desert safari video production is quoted on the number of shoot days, the crew and aerial work involved, the locations and the finished pieces you want. Expect a clear figure once we have completed the free visual content audit.
Where will the safari content be used?
On your website booking pages, as TikTok, Reels and Stories cutdowns, in direct booking ads, and as photo sets for hotel concierges and listings. We follow which clips lead to direct bookings and use that to plan the next shoot.
How quickly can a new safari reel go live?
We set the production schedule with you before filming, depending on permits, weather windows and edit rounds. How many bookings the content brings changes with the season, so realistic goals are agreed rather than promised.
Can we start with a single safari shoot?
Yes. Most operators begin with one production timed for the cooler season, and ongoing content is optional. The scope and your usage rights are put in writing before we film.
Do you film tours outside Dubai and Abu Dhabi?
We film desert tours throughout the UAE, and wider GCC projects can be planned when your operation extends there.
Can resellers use the safari footage you create?
That is your decision, because the finished films and photos are yours for every use in the contract. Music and stock are covered by separate licenses, which we walk you through at delivery.
